The classic late 1950s Jean Jacket, the staple design of several makers at the time has, over the years, become accredited to Levis (although their version wasn’t officially launched until 1962).
Aero has a long association with Levis, going back to way before us being instrumental in LVC’s launch of leather jackets in the late 90’s/early 00’s. One of most popular of Levis early versions was the Split Suede “Trucker”, a very basic unlined Cow Suede version with two breast pockets.
Although we’ve made many of these over the years they’ve never been an “official” Aero product but, with inflation running riot across the planet, we feel the time is right to offer a proper replica at an “old fashioned” price. There are lots of versions of this style available elsewhere, we are utterly confident that ours is by far the best on the market at any price.
We also have the regular version of our Type III Jean Jacket available with many personalisation options beyond this stripped back suede version and we also have upgraded 557XX version of this jacket available with Vicenza and Troy Mills upgrades as standard.
